Design enquiries and project agreements

Sending an enquiry does not create a client relationship or reserve a project slot. Before work begins, the project scope, deliverables, schedule, fees, payment arrangements and revision terms should be confirmed in a written proposal or agreement.

Any transfer or licence of work created for a client is governed by that project's written agreement and the agreed payment terms. The refund policy on this site describes the current refund approach.
